Returns & Refund Policy

Generally, international orders are non-returnable. You understand that our company is working as a drop-shipping service; we are not the manufacturer or retailer of any products.

We act as a service medium to help you buy goods internationally, but for us, "Customer is King"—we don’t want you to feel bad for any reason.

We will help you in certain areas to return the product & get your refund/exchange done by the respective company you selected while making your purchase.


Things To Know Before Creating a Return

  1. Change of Mind - Not Applicable
  2. Return is applicable only within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Return/Replacement is only available for Amazon.in, Flipkart.com, Myntra.com, and Nykaa.com orders.
  4. No return or exchange for any product value below NPR 2500.
  5. No return, refund, or replacement for any third-party website orders selected by the customer.
  6. In case of cancellation requested before shipment arrival, tax paid amount and international shipping fees are non-refundable.
  7. Non-returnable items mentioned on the product page by any shopping website cannot be returned.
  8. Products weighing more than 5 kg are non-returnable.
  9. No returns available for Meesho Products.
  10. Tax paid & inward international shipping fees are non-refundable.
  11. Return shipping fees will be paid by the customer.
  12. Product must be unused and in the same condition as it was shipped. Used, altered, or damaged products will not be accepted.
  13. Return date will be valid only until the return window is open by the respective website.
  14. The return package should be returned by the customer itself via any domestic courier with its original invoice or logistic airway bill.

2. Advance Payment Requirement

  • 100% advance payment is mandatory to confirm orders from third-party websites.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable once the order is processed.

3. Third-Party Website Risks

We strongly advise caution when using third-party platforms. Many Indian third-party websites:

  • Collect advance payments but fail to deliver products.
  • Refuse refunds or returns despite non-delivery.
  • Lack accountability or customer support.

By proceeding with such websites, you acknowledge these risks and agree that Merowish Int’l Logistic cannot:

  • Guarantee product delivery or quality.
  • Intervene in disputes between you and the third-party seller.
  • Process returns, refunds, or compensation for failed transactions.

4. Customer Responsibility

  • Verify the legitimacy of third-party websites before sharing links with us.
  • Confirm trustworthiness of the seller/platform. We will proceed with bookings only after your explicit approval.
  • Assume full responsibility for financial losses, delays, or fraud arising from third-party transactions.

6. No Exceptions

This policy is non-negotiable. By confirming an order from a third-party website, you irrevocably waive rights to:

  • Returns, refunds, or replacements.
  • Claims against Merowish Int’l Logistic for issues beyond our control (e.g., product defects, scams, or non-delivery).

Merowish Int’l Logistic acts solely as a facilitator for logistics based on your instructions. We are not liable for:

  • Misrepresentation by third-party sellers.
  • Financial fraud or website malfunctions.
  • Customs delays, damaged goods, or legal disputes involving external platforms.

Q: Why can’t you guarantee delivery or refunds for third-party orders?
A: We have no control over external websites’ operations, inventory, or payment systems.

Q: What if the third-party website scams me?
A: You must resolve disputes directly with the platform/seller. We cannot intervene.

Q: Can I cancel an order after advance payment?
A: No. Payments are final once the order is confirmed.
