MeroWish.com is a Nepal-based cross-border shopping and logistics platform operated by MeroWish, registered in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Our mission is to make international shopping simple, reliable, and accessible for customers in Nepal by assisting them in purchasing products from international online stores and arranging import, customs processing, and final delivery.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By using MeroWish, creating an account, placing an order, or accessing our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Our Relationship with Brands, Manufacturers, and Sellers

4. Nature of Our Services
MeroWish acts primarily as a shopping assistance and international logistics service provider.
Depending on the order, we may:

- receive products at our warehouse,

- coordinate final delivery within Nepal.
We do not manufacture or modify the products being sold.
5. Product Availability

7. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Products ordered through MeroWish are imported into Nepal.

- customs documentation,
- import processing fees,
- or other regulatory charges.
Where specifically stated, these charges may be included in your quotation or checkout total. In other situations, additional government-imposed charges may apply and remain the customer's responsibility.
Customs authorities have the legal right to inspect shipments at any time.
MeroWish cannot influence or control customs decisions made by government authorities.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information including:
- full legal name,
- delivery address,
- contact number,
- email address,
- identification documents when required,
- payment information.
Any additional cost resulting from incorrect information provided by you, including re-delivery, storage, return shipping, or customs processing, shall be your responsibility.
9. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities performed using your account.
Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
MeroWish reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or violations of these Terms.
10. Payments
Orders may require:

Orders will only be processed after the required payment has been successfully received.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, or fails after shipment has begun, MeroWish reserves the right to suspend delivery until the outstanding balance is cleared.

- airline schedules,

- transportation delays,

12. Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss generally transfer to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the final delivery carrier or delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
⚠️ Important Proof Requirement: We recommend you record a video while opening the package as proof, clearly explaining any issue with the delivered shipment. Without video proof, we cannot assist further on any issues.
13. Product Descriptions
We attempt to ensure product descriptions, specifications, photographs, and other information are accurate.
However, because much of this information originates from third-party sellers, manufacturers, or marketplaces, we do not guarantee that it will always be:
- accurate,
- complete,
- current,
- error-free,
- or suitable for every intended purpose.
Actual products may differ slightly from images shown.
14. Quality, Warranty, and Manufacturer Support
Unless specifically stated, MeroWish does not provide manufacturer warranties.
Manufacturer warranties, where available, remain subject to the policies of the original manufacturer or seller. We can help you to co-ordinate with the seller / marketplace but it depends totally on them.
Disclaimer: MeroWish is not responsible for manufacturing defects, product performance, compatibility, durability, fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty claims offered by third-party sellers.
15. Inspection of Shipments
To comply with customs regulations, transportation security requirements, and applicable laws, shipments may be opened and inspected by:
- MeroWish,
- logistics partners,
- customs authorities,
- airport security,
- government agencies,
- or other authorized organizations.
Such inspections do not constitute a breach of customer privacy.
16. Prohibited Items
Customers may not order, ship, or request transportation of products that are prohibited or restricted under Nepalese law or the laws of the origin country.
MeroWish reserves the right to reject, cancel, return, or dispose of prohibited shipments where legally required.

MeroWish also reserves the right to report unlawful activities to the appropriate government or law enforcement authorities and to pursue any civil or criminal remedies available under the applicable laws of Nepal, including the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2006), the Muluki Criminal Code, 2074 (2017), and any other applicable laws and regulations.
20. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeroWish, its directors, employees, affiliates, partners, and logistics providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or loss arising from delays, customs actions, third-party services, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MeroWish for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
21. Force Majeure
MeroWish shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- natural disasters,
- earthquakes,
- floods,
- pandemics,
- war,
- civil unrest,
- strikes,
- customs restrictions,
- government actions,
- transportation disruptions,

Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Services, or any transaction with MeroWish shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Birgunj or Kathmandu, Nepal, in accordance with the applicable laws of Nepal.
